A very expressive hillside nutmeg in the nose but dry and tense in the mouth, which plays the sharp trait rather than sweetness.

Tasting Comment

Dress: Yellow pale crystalline, bright glow.

Nose: Crunchy grapes, vine flowers, candied citrus fruits, light mint: expression of the grape variety without sugar supported.

Mouth: Aromatic large but dry mouth, clean, freshness of limestone and salivating tension that balance the generous fragrance. Muscat of sharp trait rather than exuberance.

Agreement: Asparagus, fragrant vegetable kitchens, mezzés, fresh cheeses, aperitif where one seeks shine without the sweetness.     

 

VIGNIFICATION & ElevATION

Compliance with the winery charter in organic and biodynamic wine, thermo-regulated alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts, breeding on stainless steel lees for 6 months.
