Tasting Comment
Dress: Pale yellow with clear green reflections, with an impression of uprightness.
Nose: Crunchy white fruits, herbs, discreet flowers, with a breath of wild fennel or anise.
Mouth: Straight line, held without rigidity, material tight but without heaviness, salivating finish on a sweet, stony salinity. A sylvaner, more peasant than worldly.
Agreement: Ideal on asparagus, crudities, river fish, potato salads, and simple but frank tables.
