This winter, 5 sheep from Ouessant arrived as reinforcement at the Camille Braun estate.
Their missions:
- – Broil the vegetation and thus limit the use of the tractor (soil extraction, use of fossil energy) by reducing the number of tillage and mowing.
- – Transform the vegetation consumed into a fertilizer richer than cut grass.
- – Bring biodiversity and promote ecosystem balance within our plots.
