Luft – La reserve
Luft [n, m, trad. ]: air.
On the west side, the Luft changes its tone. In the afternoon, a steady wind from the Noble Valley Combe passes through and calms. Under the surface, geology reverses the evidence: before the stone, 2.5 meters rich clays and blue marnes of the Keuper. A depth that retains water, keeps it as a useful memory in dry years. Often, the soil laughs at climatic variations, finds the water needed.
The wine of the Luft speaks low, but long. Fresh amplitude, serene balance, no prominent angles: a roundness held by the breath. He does not seek the foreground; it installs a lasting presence. Climate of reserve and duration, where we taste both the depth of the soil and the wind's discretion.
