Under the high tuning of the Grand Cru, the Lippelsberg softens the slope. The deeper marnes meet the slender elements and give the wines a broad base, a settled density. There's no rush : the weft weaves in width, the middle mouth fills without hardening. Climate of sitting, natural companion of the fast vintages that it slows down with a wisdom of soil.
