The first pruning of the 2024 vintage will be given on Wednesday 4 September!
The last berry samples confirm very good maturity; the sun, ubiquitous since the end of July has fortunately taken over from a very wet beginning of the year which has given the whole team a twist!
No problems of drought in 2024, which will certainly bring us very balanced wines.
Our faithful team of 29 harvesters has the pruning between the teeth and the cellar is ready to welcome the first clusters.
The grapes intended for the production of our Cremants (Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay) will be harvested first. Follow the Pinot Noirs and Pinot Gris ... The other grape varieties will still need a few days or weeks of light to reach maturity. In Alsace, harvests last more than a month!
