After Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay for the Cremants of Alsace, place aux Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Muscat for quiet wines. The Sylvaners, Riesling and Gewurztraminer will follow.

Despite the drought, maturity is good; quality is at the rendezvous, with beautiful grapes very healthy thanks to the mild weather throughout the summer. The volume will be correct but the berries contain less juice due to lack of water during the summer.
