- Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 1.30pm to 6pm
- Saturday from 9am to 12pm and from 1.30pm to 5.30pm
After a rather late spring, a long period of drought and the welcome rains of early July, a beautiful summer is coming and the clusters are starting to grow!
The vine has grown well and we have made the choice, in recent years, not to cut off the highest branches (apex). Cropping, which causes stress for the plant and the production of new clusters that will not ripen (verjus), is replaced by manual braiding, more respectful of the vegetative cycle of the vine.
The vine continues its development and the grapes begin to mature. The harvest 2023 is announced at the beginning of September!
