Tasting Comment

Dress: Yellow light, very fine bubbles, persistent cord.

Nose: Fresh citruses, crisp apple, white flowers, briochey notes of panettone and butterflies on stony background.

Mouth: Vibrant but caressing attack, light juice, clean frame. Accurate acidity, 60 months on slats bringing complexity without heaviness. Final dry, salivating, feeling of luminous purity. Creaming aesthetics.

Agreement: Great occasions, seafood, noble fish, party poultry, truffle dishes, gourmet aperitif.

‘ ‘The golden yellow dress with pear and mirabelle nose with a linden shade. Sapid with its saline note, it settles straight into the mouth with great freshness. The bubble delicate like a needle tip aguiches the taste buds with its subtle bitterness to licorice taste. The dense material seems to offer a slightly winey background. Spicy length.            

 

 

VIGNIFICATION & ElevATION

Assembly of Chardonnay (60%) and Pinot Blanc (40%). Compliance with the winery charter in organic and biodynamic wine, thermo-regulated alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts, 6-month lightning farm. Then rearing on slats 60 months before degorging. Vinification without addition of sulphites. Zero dosage - Brut Nature
