Dress: Light colour, between white and light pale gold, bright, which announces freshness more than power.
Nose: Basket of fresh fruit – white flesh, soft citrus fruits, fine herbs – in a very greedy register, without esbrouffe.
Mouth: Straight attack, soft and flowing texture, acidity that quietly holds the thread. Nothing weighs, nothing exceeds, drinkability is at the heart of the point.
Agreement: Perfect on a large table: salted pies, seasonal salads, fine charcuterie and sweet cheese boards, back from the market.
