Tasting Comment
Dress: Crystal clear, with a light silver glow that recalls the purity of the fruit.
Nose:Fresh raspberry, almost crucified on the bush, with a wild side, a little vegetal, which brings depth. We can guess a few notes of small, acidic red fruits and a floral tip.
Mouth: Vibrating attack, right, which immediately installs raspberry. The material is fine, tense, without sweetness, with a long, clear, almost biting finish, where the freshness of the fruit takes over over the heat of alcohol.
Agreement: To be tasted pure in digestive, slightly refreshed, or accompanied by desserts with red fruits (sorbets, fruit salads, charlottes) and dark chocolates with little sugar. A black chocolate tile Valrhona 64% Magadascar "Manjari";
