Dress: Gold dress, brilliant and clear.
Nose: Crystalline and floral nose. Floral and exotic markers mix with candied ginger and sweet spices.
Mouth: The attack is large and fat. The middle mouth is dense. The floral aroma is complemented by a spicy tone that accompanies the wine towards a final between tension and florality.
Agreement: Grape quail, roasted panas / Caramelized lotus with sweet spices and peanuts.
VIGNIFICATION & ElevATION
Wine from a plot in 2nd year of Bio and Biodynamic conversion.
Compliance with the winery charter in organic wine and Biodynamics thermo-regulated alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts, breeding on stainless steel lees for 18 months. Bottled on 20 May 2025
