Dress: Deep ruby red, luminous, with a beautiful visual density on the walls of the glass.
Nose: Intense raspberry, almost jam, red fruit coulis, with a hint of acid sweet and red flowers.
Mouth:Suave texture, enveloping, sugar assumed but balanced by the natural acidity of raspberry. The fruit explodes in the mouth, the finish remains lively, slightly acidic, very greedy.
Agreement: Serve very fresh at the end of the meal, on chocolate desserts (melting, mousse), red fruit pies, panna cotta, or on a raspberry or lemon sorbet.
