VIGNIFICATION & ElevATION
Wine from an assembly of two plots, one in the second year of conversion Bio and Biodynamics & the other in agriculture Biodynamics.
Compliance with the winery charter in organic and biodynamic wine, maceration of two weeks, grapes cut, thermo-regulated alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts, breeding on fine lees in oak barrels for 12 months and then 6 months massing in stainless steel. Bottled on 13 March 2025
