Parcel in 2nd year of conversion Bio and Biodynamics, maceration of two weeks, grapes cut, thermo-regulated alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts, breeding on fine lees 100% oak lightning for 8 months.
Wine vinified without sulphites and not filtered.
