Dress: Light yellow, light green reflections.
Nose: Mature citrus fruit, white peach, flower, discreet cray background.
Mouth: Amplitude present, but always refreshed by an impression of wind and motion. Material full, never dry, finish long, fresh, almost soothing. Reserve Riesling, meditative.
Agreement: Fish in sauce, moderately spicy Asian cuisine, creamy white meats, pressed cheeses.
VIGNIFICATION & ElevATION
Compliance with the winery charter in organic and biodynamic wine, thermo-regulated alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts, breeding on fine lees in half-mulds for 11 months.
