Tasting Comment

Dress: Light pale pink, fine bubbles.

Nose: Strawberry, currant, raspberry, floral touch and light pastry tip.

Mouth: Fine bull, frank fruit, no heavy sugar. Balance between freshness and light flesh, dry finish, fruity, very digestible. Sharing creature.

Agreement: Aperitif, fine meats, tapas, salted pies, sweet red fruit desserts. 

 

VIGNIFICATION & ElevATION

Compliance with the winery charter in organic and biodynamic wine, thermo-regulated alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts 100% stainless steel.
