A nose with extraordinary fragrance and complexity on ripe exotic fruits.

Spicy and smoky cuisines, tajines, mezzés, refined or strong cheeses (munster) and audacious world cuisines.

Tasting Comment

Dress: Orange amber, copper reflections.

Nose: Dried rose, orange bark, sweet spices, cumin seeds, black tea, light resin touch, fruit skin.

Mouth: Skin tans that bring grain and relief, ample but fluid material, dry finish, spicy, infused, with noble bitterness. Gewurztraminer of character, more earthy than demonstrative.

Agreement: Spicy and smoked cuisines, tajines, mezze, refined cheeses, world cuisines and bold chords.     

 

 

 

 

VIGNIFICATION & ElevATION

Observance of the winery charter in organic and biodynamic wine, cellular maceration for 2 weeks, thermo-regulated alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts, breeding on fine lees in barrels  6 months.

Wine vinified without sulphites and not filtered.
