25% Riesling / 25% Muscat 25% Pinot Grey / 17% Gewurztraminer
Observance of the winery charter in organic and biodynamic wine, film maceration for 2 weeks, thermo-regulated alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts, breeding on fine lees in barrels for 8 months. Wine vinified without sulphites and not filtered.
