Tour of the Terroirs 2026: a day of immersion in the heart of the Bollenberg
On June 28, 2026, next to the Chapelle du Bollenberg in Orschwihr, opens its doors for the fourth edition, the Tournée des Terroirs. A festive day, gourmet and passionate, where wine growers, wine lovers and curious find themselves among the vineyards to celebrate the identity of the Alsatian terroirs.
The Tour of the Terroirs: a must-see for the Alsatian vineyard
Born in 2023, the Tournée des Terroirs was established in a few editions as one of the most anticipated winemaking events in the Upper Rhine. Its ambition: to make the terroir accessible, living and sensitive, for all audiences, from connoisseurs to curious neophytes.
In 2026, the event brought together 11 wineries in Orschwihr and its environs, all engaged in a viticulture respectful of their soil and identity.

Workshops 2026: three ways to live the terroir
🔬 Masterclass | Pinot Noir du Bollenberg : dialogue between exhibitions
12h – Duration: 1h – 25 places – 14 €
Pinot Noir like you never tasted it. This exclusive masterclass invites you to a comparative and precise exploration at the heart of the Bollenberg, one of the most emblematic terroirs of Alsace.
Through a rigorous selection of cuvées, discover how the same variety, Pinot Noir, changes according to the orientation of the plots. On the West coastdeep marnes offer a rich and structuring anchor. To East, the striking limestone prints a different dynamics, more mineral and direct.
In an hour, you will learn to decipher the organoleptic nuances, to read the influence of microclimate and to understand why the terroir is much more than a word, it is an imprint.

What if you tasted a wine where it took root?
Along the wine path d'Orschwihr, together with a passionate winemaker, this itinerant tasting takes you from plot to plot to discover the terroirs of Orschwihr. At each stage, the wine is tasted in situ, in the very heart of the soil that gave him birth.
Under your feet, geology. Around you, the landscape. In your glass, their sensory translation. A living experience, intuitive and deeply rooted, open to you, grape juice proposed for children.

What if the bubbles also tell a place story?
Guided by an expert, explore an advanced selection of Cremants of Alsace from distinct geological terroirs : chiseled limestone, solar sandstone, deep clays. Each effervescence expresses the footprint of its soil, in texture, in tension, in magnitude.
A tasting that jostles the ideas received and reveals the Cremant of Alsace under a new prism: that of the terroir.
